How do I get started?

Can I just do a logo?
YES, I’d love to help you create a logo that will start you on the path to success!
However, this means you won’t be able to make the most out of your brand’s visual identity potential. Without it, you stand little chance of standing out from the competition. I almost always recommend at least investing in “The Sigil Package,” which is a full logo suite with a main logo, secondary logo, and logo variants like word marks or submarks.
I understand that a lot of small businesses just starting out cannot invest in a full brand package right away - I am a small business myself! In addition to offering logo services and full branding services, we have The Brand Garage, where you can choose an already-designed branding package that I will personally tailor to your business. Once it’s bought, it’s off the market, so no other company will be able to by it after you! This is a great way to get unique branding for your company quickly, easily, and a little less expensively.

Do you do re-branding?
Of course! Both rebranding and refresh. The only difference is that you have the responsibility to provide me with the existing visual brand assets - logo, colors, fonts, print media, brand guide, etc.- that identifies you in customer’s minds.
Can you design something I already sketched out or started?
Yes! If you’ve got an idea or half-finished logo or moodboard, I can jump in and bring it to life. I love collaborative projects. Keep in mind that part of my process as a designer is researching both the client (that’s you!) and the industry to better understand consumer preferences and competitors branding to inform the decisions I make. Meaning, there could be perfect branding out there for you that is completely different from what you originally pictured. That’s why I try to work as collaboratively as possible - so if you’ve got ideas, I want to hear them, and if you’ve got something started, I want to see it. And if there’s something I think is a better fit, don’t worry - we will talk through everything along the way.
Do you offer ongoing design support?
Yep! I offer retainer packages for brands that need monthly help with social graphics, promotional materials, or other rolling design needs. However, even if those retainer packages are not purchased, I will do my best to set you up for success: most of my branding packages include guides for using your branding graphics, color palette, typefaces, etc. in a cohesive way, for all current and future projects. You will have my contact information for any future questions or concerns - I’m always happy to help and I love to hear from my clients, even after a project is finished!
What if I just need a one-off design?
Totally cool! I do one-off posters, flyers, stickers, merch graphics — you name it. Just shoot me a message with what you’re thinking and I will get back to you with pricing!
Do you design websites?
Yes! While I can’t develop super complex websites myself, I am super comfortable with Squarespace and can create a wonderful website for you. If you’re looking for something a little more complex that might be outside of what I feel comfortable executing, I can design your site layout (aka web mockups) and collaborate with a developer, or refer you to someone I trust.
What’s your design style?
Bold, artsy, and a little maximalist. I gravitate toward strong visuals, layered textures, nostalgic type, and unexpected details that make your brand totally unforgettable.
However, I pride myself most on being versatile. While I definitely gravitate towards a particular style, I love to consume and create as many different styles of design as possible - meaning if you have something in your head, I want to help you bring it to life!

Absolutely. I offer free 30-minute discovery calls to talk through ideas and see if we’re a good fit. No pressure, just vibes and clarity.
